★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never been that motivated to give a 1 star review... ordered an ibiza large. the yoghurt was MELTED the second it was given to us. The melted yoghurt was hidden beneath, while the top obviously had to have frozen yoghurt in order to take any shape. This pic was taken about 2 mins after buying, you can clearly see two types of yoghurt - the top is frozen and the inside yoghurt is liquid. Giving benefit of doubt - sure if it's meant to be like that?! But first and last time eating yole. If I wanted melted yoghurt I'd get yakult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a yole XL cup (4 toppings) for $5.90 using the shopback promotion. Mango boba topping was pretty good. The amount of froyo given wasn't proportional to the cup size though. It was tall but skinny.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady staff service is very poor, she is rude and impatient. She seemed to be rationing food when we ordered a XL portion, serving is very meagre compared to most heartland outlets, she rolled her eye ball at us when we were deciding on the ingredients selection. She has received multiple previous complaints and feedback by other patrons as well.
Dear management kindly look into your bugis outlet staff service ethics, business is very bad there because of her attitude, most patrons have marked her and purposely avoid ordering from her.
Date visited 22/01/21, timing about 9pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to get my Yole yogurt fix! Personally recommend the lotus biscuit (double servings if you need!) and rocher sauce topping. The mango and strawberry boba burst are also interesting and sweet without being sickening. There are tables and chairs around which is nice - some tables are round cocktail tables which means no seats (but come on, its good to stand up so you can better digest dinner and have more space for yogurt.... especially when XL is super worth it with the HUMONGOUS amount of yogurt given....) This is some really good upsize marketing they have... The additional amount of yogurt I get for every extra dollar is so much that I feel like I have no choice but to upsize EVERY SINGLE TIME.... The only star lacking is because I feel that the yogurt here is sweeter than the one I had at Jurong East (and I personally prefer yogurt that's more sour).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yogurt and toppings are nice and fresh. The person serving may be a bit inexperienced because when the cups are handed over, they were both dirty due to the chocolate sauce dripping down. Usually don't experience this at other outlets..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just nice there was a 1 for 1 so we stopped by to order. Loved that they were generous with the chocolate sauce and yoghurt. It was medium size. They have some standing places near their store so u can have a quick bite there before leaving.
