Exciting ice cream and yoghurt! Nice cute seating for children and young adults. Free wifi. Freshly prepared healthy ingredients with tender loving caring services. Conveniently located at neighbourhood heartland of Waterway Point walking distance covered pathway to Waterway Point MRT bus interchange with plenty of dinning shopping banking supermarkets library cinemas entertainments groceries sundries Electric Electronic telecommunication postal services community centre and amenities nearby. Friendly fast attentive cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students tourists Expats and families.

Extremely disappointed by the portion of the toppings for takeaway. There's no standards at all. We bought a medium tub last week and we were shocked by the size of the containers (empty containers as shown in pictures) of the toppings as compared to the past. It was a downgrade in size. We just bought another medium tub today. To our HORROR, the size of the containers for toppings were EVEN SMALLER than last week (see picture for comparison). YOLE Singapore, what's wrong? There is no standard at all. This is not the way to do business. We felt so cheated.

I went there around around 11:40am to buy Icecream for my little one. Then I had really awful experience with a male staff who just threw the icecream into the bin in front of me and my child. I ordered one small icecream with strawberry syrup and it was almost done for payment. Later, I found I almost forgot to add one more topping for my child so I asked him if I could add another topping as well. As it was my first time to dine in and order at the count, I didn't know well about the size of icecream would be different when choosing the number of toppings. So, if he explained that the small size which I had chosen only would be served with one topping, I would have just understood and only had one topping. However, he just threw away it as he was so irritated and upset as showing I totally messed up. I was shocked because Ive never seen this urgly manner in any restaurants or even small cafes. Moreover, at that time the only customers were just me and my young baby who were so scared due to his violent attitude. It was totally not crowed at all. I told him that I could have just bought it not wasting it. But he said I had not mentioned of 2 topping in advance so he needed to make new one. Then why didn't he asked me how many toppings I want? Was it reasonable to just throw it as showing how much he was so mad? I did wanted to leave there as soon as possible, ironically my little one really likes this brand icecream and I didn't want to make the atmosphere so scary due to my child. Unfortunately, I couldn't find other staff's or even manager so the only thing I could do was just being patient for my child and leaving there. If anyone would like to go and buy Icecream, please don't go alone. Or it will be another option to order online. Don't encounter the male staff. I guess that he would behave differently if I were a man.

I love this frozen yogurt a lot. I always fruits as my choice of topping. Nothing can beat the taste of this.

Flavorful and satisfying yogurt without feeling too sinful. However, sometimes I do find some outlets chopping their fruits too small that it became too mushy and loses their freshness too.

I was at waterway point outlet on 10Feb22 around 9+pm, and I had ordered a medium size Yoghurt. A young lady served me my supposedly medium size yoghurt like this. Small cup within a medium cup. I did not noticed there was a smaller cup within my medium cup size “ice-cream” until I cleared half of the top part. I am guessing she could have taken a wrong cup in the first place and tried to covered up by placing this small cup into a medium cup then cover the top with “ice cream” to bluff her way through. I was quite upset yet amused by such dishonesty act. I wonder if she noticed that even if she tried to put the cup into a bigger cup, the volume is still not a medium size volume which I had ordered and paid for. Moreover, the yoghurt I was served taste quite milky hence I suspect she had also given me ice cream instead of yoghurt. Its was such a disappointment. I hope Yole can train their star to handle such situation in a more appropriate manner. Cheating the customer and thinking they will not get caught is not acceptable.
