★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coffee nice. Seating not nice. Staffs here rather talking and laughing among themselves but did not control queue or crowd. Some just walk in cut Q like driving. Uncivilized cafe!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of StarBucks is always there. The kids love the monster cookies and cheese cake The place is nicely furnish. However it has packs of student which you may not able to get any seats. Also the price of drink is way beyond the market price. Anyway great place to catch up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great outlet with friendly staff! it’s in a awkward corner beside a busy escalator which may not be the best, and perhaps if the outlet would ever be renovated; Starbucks should go for more seated spaces and wall off the side closest to the escalator just for hygiene and general safety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nice quiet area to chill out. but almost everyday the place is packed fully since morning. super limited seats due to the distancing measures. drinks & cakes are the usual good standard Starbucks always maintained. this outlet is one of the most popular in the North East side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the outlet this morning, the female staff with curly hair refused to attend me just because I was standing in front of the pastry display instead of the cashier, she keeps telling me “the cashier is here” and refused to walk over for half a meter. I needed to order food from the display area that’s why I was standing there. The queue started to accumulate behind me and she made me wait for 10mins before attending me. After ordering she didn’t provide me a receipt nor took down my initials like other Starbucks staff normal practice.

Spacious location, with ample seating space. There was still seatings further inside. Provided you were early or lucky enough to get that cosy corner.
A lot of merchandises were displayed, from the in the season cups/mugs, and the standard white Starbucks cups. Surprised to see that umbrella was sold here as well.
The queue was long as usual. The waiting time was still manageable, despite the long store orders and the online orders.
Kudos to the staffs for the hard work and effort.
The food and drinks available were the standard range.
A well managed Starbucks store.
Also do look out for their 1 for 1 promotion.
Very value for money.
