★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strongly recommend Physician Ho Chin Ee from thomson tcm at waterway point. Under her professional and detailed guidance, my wife and I were able to conceive successfully at our first ivf try. She was able to provide expert advice and complement our ivf with Chinese medicine (both acupuncture and herbal medicine).
Fast forward to today, we are so blessed to have our twins and Phy Ho is now our twins’ physician too! Can’t recommend parents and couples trying to conceive to her more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor and inhuman service. It says opening hours as 830am. My mum arrived at 930am and waited outside the door for 30 mins because the door indicate "Close" but someone sitting at the desk with lights on. She sees that we are waiting outside. We thought it is beak time so waited. After 30 mins, we open the door and asked when can she see doctor. To our horror, she says doctor will not be in today. She doesn't have the courtesy to tell an old lady that doctor will not be in today.
