Very al dente hand made noodle! Personal best choice of wanton mee in singapore. Generous ingredient at good price. Lady boss is friendly and has good service

Stall at Bukit Merah View Hawker centre. Cheap and yummy. Honest owner does not overcharge unlike other Yong Tou Fu stalls.

The noodles hit the right spot for Q-ness. Big fat dumplings. Good value!

May 2022. Probably the best wanton noodle in SG. The noodle was nicely boiled over without being soggy. The 水饺 were plump and stuffed with meat and water chestnuts. Even its braised chicken feet were out of this world. The long queue was the attestation to my 5 star review.

Trying this stall for the Very first time after reading MissTamChiak's review. Reached food centre shortly after 7.30am on a working day (Fri) and saw a snaking queue at this stall. Bought a packet of dry wanton noodles (basic $3, no add ons) to take away. With chilli (sauce and vinegared green ones), but minus sesame oil. I had it for lunch and noodles were still okay, not gooey. All strands coated with a slightly sweet tasting sauce on top of the spiciness from chilli. Little greens, 4 pieces of thick char siew (unevenly sized) and 3 meaty wantons. Cubes of lard are given. Consumers beware! Decent meal. Will need to return for soup version to see if the soup muster up to expectations. Unusual to see the hawker using a huge wok with boiling water to cook noodles. Definitely not the typical old school Cantonese Ah Mah who used to slam the pot lid after throwing a bun of noodles. I miss this old school style. No longer seen at the mechanical food courts. ???

Their dumplings is awesome! Their wanton taste is very old school! Must go early like before 11am. Their dumplings sold out quite fast.

Enjoyed the $4 wanton mee though shredded chicken was given in place of char siew, which they had run out of. (Seems like they start selling out of some ingredients before noon.) The noodles were springy and the wantons were good. Also enjoyed the $3 dumpling soup though the dumplings were made from pork and water chestnut rather than shrimp. Lots of dumplings even for the small bowl.

Plump, larger than averaged sized Wontons with silky skin (no porky taste), plump and tasty dumplings with bite sized chestnuts, wonderful opaque chewy noodles, less than average char siew, orangey hot chilli - long q even at 9.30am but moves fairly fast. Too bad they don't accept pre order for tabao. Overall its a real delicious wantan mee meal.
