β β β β β Therapist Zhao Gong Xiao is the best after trying so many therapists. He knows how to tackle my health issues. I have signed up the package many times and will continue to do so. The counter service by Guo Jing impressed me as well. She is very courteous and helpful.

β β β β β I went yong kang tcm due to my soles and lower calf of my leg having pain issue. But within one week, i went for 2 times of acupuncture session and using the black medical paste on my foot, for few days. The pain have slowly went off. Im quite surprised, after doing 1st session then my condition seems much better. But they are a little pushy abt package, overall is still good.

β β β β β Signed my second package with jubilee outlet. Great customer service from the front desk Guo Jin, very friendly over the phone and always try to fit me into their busy schedule. My usual massue is Gao Hong Yan. Very knowledgeable therapist. She knows my pain points and will remember them on my next visit.
Overall, very good experience. Recommended afew of my friends to sign packages w them already. Keep up the good work ladies :)

β β β β β I told the front desk I'd like to get a Tuina Treatment.. then she said that if it's your first time here, you need to have a consultation first.. then after the consultation, she told me that I could book an appointment for Tuina and asking me to pay the consultation fee.
If I'm informed first hand that they couldn't accommodate me for a treatment today coz I don't have an appointment I could have decided differently. Very deceiving strategy of earning money. I won't come back since I couldn't trust the clinic at my very first visit.

β β β β β I am so impress with the clinic service. I was walk in due to my 1 week non resolve ankle sprain despite seeing A&E. The moment doctor suggest me do acupuncture in split minute my ankle pain gone. I can walk normally. The doctor also very kind as it was my first time having acupuncture. Definitely recommended.

β β β β β Was a big scam. Called and ask for realignment of lower backbone over phone, they said they can do it. Eventually when I was there, after all the questions only got a massage. And the price was a hefty 93 dollars, over phone the rates told to me were 15 for consultation and additional 28 for Tuina. 50 bucks price difference. Furthermore, I did not even have my problem cured. Not recommended. Expensive and lousy.

β β β β β Sprained ankle, expensive treatment with acupuncture and tuina SGD400++, but 2weeks plus still not able to recover, disappointed. Better go for normal clinic if encounter sprained ankle, donβt come..
