Went to 82bunsik twice over 2 weeks to try out their different items. During my first trip (technically second because when I was there the first time it was full), I ordered an iced white and ddeokbokki, and chose the highest level of spiciness (level 3). I didn't expect it to come in the soupy form, but I'm not complaining because the spicy level is on point (probably like almost 大辣/high level for mala - I usually take medium level). It even got addictive after a while. As for the white, it was truly amazing, and probably one of the best whites I have ever had over the past few years. The coffee was in perfect harmony with the milk. For the second trip, I tried the iced black and Korean fried chicken. There were small pieces of slightly fried ddeokbokki, which was a pleasant surprise. The fried chicken wasn't oily and had a crunch. It was also quite addictive and I had to force myself to slow down before I finish the dish in one seating. I expected the portion to be smaller after seeing posts from food blogs online, so I was pleasantly surprised to see a larger bowl. After all, Korean food in SG is considered overpriced, especially after you have been to Korea. As for the drinks, the price is the same for both hot and iced version, so being the kiasu Singaporean whom I am, I always order iced. For the two successful trips that I had, I was there at around 5+pm, so perhaps it's a good time to try your luck to get a table.

Visited on a weekend during dinner time, the place was full because there were only about 4 tables. Several people waiting outside for takeaway orders. One thing that irked me about the place was the lack of an exhaust in the kitchen. The place was air conditioned on top of that, thus the lack of actual ventilation caused the whole place (and yourself when you leave) had the smell of grease lingering around. Also the decorations around the shop can be improved. The plant by the door was alive but dying and also suffering a fungal infection. Most of the other decoration around were basically cartons of their supplies :/ Food: - got the corn dogs, croffle, tteokbokki and an iced white coffee. The corn dogs were chewy and the mix of sugar with ketchup and mustard was surprisingly delectable. The croffle (croissant waffle) was fluffy inside and fragrant. The tteokbokki came with fish cakes. Ordered the level 1 spice which was good enough for me. Sweet and chewy, good mix. But for $9.90, I'm not that keen to buy it again anytime soon. The iced white coffee was rather disappointing. I felt like i paid 5 bucks for a cup of milk that had a hint of coffee. Even buying coffee flavoured milk would have had more coffee taste. Summary: Overall, not worth eating in unless you want to smell like grease. Takeaway might be a better option. The smaller snacks (corndog, croffle) are worth buying but not the 'mains' like the tteokbokki. Drinks are even more not worth getting.

It got an extra star for being unique in a sea of local snacks and street food. The food itself was average - corndogs were tasty and thicc, and tteokbokki was really quite spicy even at level 1 so be warned (it is addictive tho)! The croffle was nubbad as well but needs to be eaten warm.

Honestly for a new Korean establishment, it is so rundown and filthy!! See the dust on the air purifier that had insects trapped there too… ceiling paint tearing and brownish stains with a lot of dust. The sitting area is a lot smaller than shown on other review blogs and the person serving us was not customer oriented at all. No greeting, not even a smile and even rudely ask us for safe entry. (Mind you, she would have seen it if she didn’t keep putting her head downwards and not pay attention when ppl walked in) Coffee was average, nothing like what Korean cafes has but the croffle was a good dessert to have.

Corndog was crispy and cheese was really stretchy. I think that it w as quite affordable but slightly sad that they don't have mustard. I also liked that it wasn't greasy and I left feeling that I had a good snack.

super disappointed with this outlet. I've been to the ones at cathay and rendezvous hotel & they were lovely, but this outlet was a total letdown. all the tables were dirty or stained and the place smelled AWFUL. the woman handling the place was unbothered to the point she wasn't even wearing shoes?? the latte was disgusting too... it's as if they completely gave up on this outlet. please avoid at all costs LOL...T_T

1st time entering this korean cafe which sells corndogs, croffles & drinks. Placed order for Mozza corndogs & Injeolmi Croffle (asked the staff for popular croffle flavour). Self-collection at counter even though you're dine-in. We need to clean our table ourselves as there's food stain & sauces + only 1 staff is managing the shop. So could be lack of manpower. When our food is ready, the corndogs are already coated with sweet sauce with missing sugar coating. My friend asked for sugar, the staff only given her a small plate of sugar to coat ourselves. I think the staff is careless at that point. When Im getting the forks & spoons, they were all not clean as there're food stains on every of cutlery. When the staff was notified, she reacted fast & rewashed all of them. My friends enjoyed the corndogs & I like my croffle (rather small) overall.
