I went down with very bad lower spine pain. The TCM consultant helped to ease my pain in the first day itself. Her experience & expertise is Very Good. You may face some hard time if don't know to converse in Mandarin.

Bad experience. Acupunture seem to be able to cure anything in her context and if refusal made on acupunture recommedation. A detestful looks will be flashed, followed by loud verbal warning on consequences for not doing what was recommended. E.g you will have stroke if blood flow is limited to your brain without acupunture, if not develop dementia, etc. I went there to feel better but i left worst with added fear and sense of belittleness.

This is a very very bad clinic to visit. What my experience here was, im a gout patient, went here visit for my hand injury and thought can ask advise from this doctor. Who knows, she said that my leg wasn’t cause by GOUT, It was something else and said she will do some needle treatment with lamp etc.. for 3 sessions. So the 1st session ok, i did. 2 days ltr i feel something is not right w my leg. It start to have slight swollen and pain, so i went back to her the 2nd session. She still said this is normal and is not GOUT ATTACK! After which the 2nd session is done! The next following day, my both leg swollen like pig leg(how i wish to post my photo here to show!) The pain is unbearable and im admitted to SGH, dr said i got infection thats why the gout attack is here and worsen! Thanks to this Chinese TCM! Visit at ur OWN RISK!

A very bad experience indeed. 王医师 (the acupuncture doctor) initially attended to my aunt's joint pain for six sessions and was also the one who suggested that my aunt ought to have 针灸(that is acupuncture) for her condition. After the six sessions, my aunt came back for the 7th session but however, the doctor had gone overseas and will only be back after 2 weeks. So, a massage therapist attended to my aunt for the two weeks. My aunt's condition did have some improvements after a few massage and cupping sessions. When 王医师(acupuncture doctor) was back from overseas, she was unhappy about the massage therapist attended to my aunt in her absence for two weeks. She bore grudges and began to show a snobbish look and poor attitude towards my aunt. Even, she tried to find fault with my aunt over the two words "Medical treatment" in the receipt. She, as the boss of this clinic, should be more professional, not unhappy over this small issue. After so much unhappiness, we will never want to step into this clinic anymore. Not strongly recommended!!!

This TCM effectively cure my legs multiple time. Very good preventive measures.

Visited the clinic and witnessed the lady boss has a big gold heart. She gave free tcm treatment to those old grannies when they couldn’t pay. And most importantly, the granny was relieved from pain.

Frozen shoulder, diabetes related numbness and even knee or stroke related. We only trust her. Don't mind her Northern manners as they are more forthright and direct but she meant well. Good person at heart. I was taken aback like the rest too but after coming here long, I don't go to any other place to treat. She is a qualified TCM practioner so she does know what she is talking about.

The clinic is run by an old lady who hails from northen China, hence initially was a bit too forthright (insensitive) for my liking. I have had my run ins with her before and she is a bit eccentric. Overall she means well as she helped my mother walk again after having severe knee pain. She will always refer to acupuncture as the main preferred method as she views it from a TCM physician perspective. As in directed treatment rather than comforting the pain (hence I refer to her to my friends as the painful yet effective massage place) Don't let her comments get to you, i understand that there were some misuse of her receipts for insurance claims and some issues came up, hence she got a bad attitude when writing as she hates dishonest people. As someone who went to her clinic for a few years, her attitude seemed to be the same. Just smile, get treated, then leave. I will continue to bear with her as she is the only one who have solved my issues. One of her students helped me with severe pinched nerve when I was asked to undergo several operations. She helped me regain my use of my right arm after being badly injured. Her attitude (even her staff) may sometimes borders on mean but she really does know what she is talking about. I have had miracles instead of surgeries because we went to her.
