★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the sirloin steak which was not up to standard. Disappointed ☹️ coz very hard to bite , though it costs $10/-, a small piece of steak, a small scoop of mashed potato n lots of lettuce. The veges was sloshed with mayonnaise which is not right. The western food here is hopeless, dun waste your $$$. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your neighbourhood coffee shop with the following notable stalls:
1 Western Food - Good selection and big potions. I usually buy the Grill chicken with aglio olio.
2 Braised Duck - I go for the kuay chap.
3 Noddles with Yong Tau Fu. I like the dried mee pok.
There is a nasi lemak stall, Tzecharwith thai flavours and a mixed vegetable rice stall. I park opposite HDB block and walk to shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware! If you order iced coffee or tea, remember to mention you want the small one ($1.40), if not, they will charge you $2 for the large one. They won’t even bother to ask you and they will go ahead and serve you the large cup, honestly there is not much different in size and taste especially when the large cup comes in a taller cup base that makes it look bigger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean environment Coffeeshop in Ubi. Wide selections of local cuisines to choose from. Teow Chew Noodles, Chinese Nasi Lemak, Western Food, Zi Cha, Duck Rice & Kway Chap and Mixed Rice Stalls all look real good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern, clean, plays English music on the speakers. Above average food. The Tze char and Western food are delicious. Definitely above average. Serves beer too... At kopitiam prices. Best news is...it's a Halal stall! Reviewd on April 2021.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Isn't this bun moldy? It's not the first time this happen to me already but usually not that bad, so today I decided to make a review. Pls check your item before selling them.
In addition, some customers that pull down their mask and purchase drinks, wasn't stopped by the cashier. What is the point of this sign of asking customers to mask up when they ignore the rule and you still serve them?
I go Yong Li everyday by the way, hoping to see improvement
