β β β β β The wait was long and the food was absolutely not worth waiting for. I wasnβt expecting tomato ketchup sauce for a 5-mushroom vegetable (only counted 3 type of mushroom). The tofu hot plate was full of corn starch and the oyster sauce used tasted weird.

Called on New Years to place an order for dinner at noon and called again at 5 pm to confirm order for collection at 6pm but food was not even prepared by 615 and attempted to even check on order status was not being entertained. Workers gave me the hand signal to keep quiet and not ask. If you canβt even manage your kitchen workers and check on status maybe your restaurant donβt deserve a favourable review. Despite the crowd, I find it absurd that my orders came at 7 only despite calling twice to check and confirm that I could collect my order at 6. Staff was very rude. Even the table beside me who ordered after I arrived, their food was already served. I find it absurd that staff is not even willing to find my order and at least check to confirm that it has been taken. I would never patronise this place again. This experience was unwarranted for on New Years.

β β β β β The wait for the food is atrociously slow. Kitchen is chaotic and all the tables around was waiting for the food to be served too. Servers were slow to react. Be prepared to wait >1h just to have food served to you.

Food
The beancurd is a must order, crispy yet tender at the same time, paired with the sauce, itβs heavenly.
The chicken in the photos is a limited time offer, which is made up of seafood paste, without chicken meat, just the skin.
Price
It was honestly much cheaper (like 20-30% lower) a year or two ago. I guess the recent renovation works added to the rising cost which is passed downwards to us consumers. 4 of us, feasting on a crab, a fish, limited edition βchickenβ, beancurd, broccoli with scallop and long beans cost us $160 ?
All in all, still the go to place whenever we feel for tzechar. Would recommend making reservations during weekends though.

β β β β β We have 8 pax we ordered medium δΈε³θΎη. They got no more prawns and change to small size. They didn't even check with us is it OK for us and just tell us they change the bill to small don't worry but very expensive 7 small prawns for $20 and we have 8 person not even enough for 1 each. Terrible!!
