J	Jinn Chyau Lie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop says open at 10am. But reached at 10.40am the shop is just opened. Have to wait for few minutes to get in. Wanted to print 2 pieces of B/W printing. She just point at the laptop at a corner asking me to self-serve. I asked how much was the b/w printing. She replied: "1 for 30cents. Colour 1dollar" I go ahead and pressed the icon print. The setting did not come out prompting for settings. It came out two pieces of colour printed documents. She came asking, "you printed colour?" I said yes. She commented she forget to tell me to go in and change the setting. She asked to see my prints, i was printing my resume with full black words and just one photo. Turn out she charged me 2 dollars for the colour prints. I was speechless but left the place in a hurry. What a scam!

I've left more than once without service simply because they couldn't managed to print a PDF from a USB... I seriously want to support them, but they make it really hard...
S	Sreekumar R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a small shop. There is a Chinese aunty and son. They know basic stuff. Do not expect high computer skills from them. Make sure you have a back up of your media before you bring your device to the shop. Do not expect any customer service from this shop. It's just a traditional old shop. I wanted to take an A3 double sided booklet photocopy. The lady said "cannot". They discussed a lot. Finally I have to tell them how to do it automatic in their copier machine ?. They are open on Saturday & Sunday

There was difficulties we faced but the staff really showed dedication in helping me out. Place is not high tech but location is really convenient for people like me who reside in the neighborhood.
G	Gerald Chong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warning: do not print from this shop unless you really don't have a choice. Would recommend you to stay clear. 1. Zero customer service. The people managing the shop won't help you and have no technical idea. 2. They charge you $1 fee regardless of how much you print. So it costs $1.80 for a piece of B&W paper. 3. Expensive prices for mediocre quality. 4. Unreasonable staff. Their laptop formatted my images incorrectly resulting in an image being printed on the back page even though there was space at the front. They still insist to charge me an additional $1 despite not wasting extra paper or ink.

They charge $1 for the internet (via Whatsapp/ Email), by printing a Black and White paper from email has costed me $1.40 in total. There are 2 of them (shop owner/ shop assistant; 1 aunty and 1 guy) sitting inside the shop without wearing mask when people go in and out for printing. Their attitude is bad too, also there is cigarette smell in the shop (smoking inside the shop???)!! Please don't go to this shop unless you are really urgent in printing documents.
