scalp analysis and explained my problems that
I was facing and there was no hard sell. She was very patient and answered my concerns I had which gave me the confidence to go ahead with the
programme. When I came for my 2nd session,
she again explained what was being done and
the session went well. I am happy that I have
signed up with Yun Nam and looking forward
to see the results soon.

My consultant, Jasmine at Kovan outlet is a very patient and knowledgeable consultant, she has promote the products and treatment according to my needs, I have seen great improvement after a few treatments, will definitely continue to come to Yun Nan Haircare for my hair growth treatment.

β β β β β Consultant Jasmine from Heartland mall was professional, efficient and gentle.
She tries to upsell but not hardsell.
She doesn't force small talk if you do not want.
She's easy to talk to and communicate with.
She is gentle with the hair, especially when blowing and combing it and she knows when to move the hair dryer as another consultant has did my hair blowing before and was not as gentle as her and they directed it on one part of the hair too long.
She knows the hairstyle I want at the end of it.
10/10 would recommend her. Worth the trip and time.

Overall the treatment process was gentle and comfortable, would recommend first timers to try.
