WOW! Stepping into Jean Yip Heartland Mall is my best decision since 2022; Joanne Chia the dedicated hairstylist definitely knows hairdressing & hairstyling; I merely lay my condition I want short but not a school girl look, want volumn but not melon head, want a color that makes head-turner. And she did a FANTASTIC job! Not forgetting to mention Yvonne the assistant whom gives me an indulgent head massage that comes with the hair wash are to die for; Your meticulous attention to detail in applying the colour dye deserves a THUMBS UP! Thanks to the joyous Grace for making small talks with me making me FEEL AT HOME during the 40min colouring session! It may be receptionist Pat's off day, but while she happens to be there & happens to see me searching my bag for a disposable mask, she immediately hands me one of her own; to me this gesture is definitely NON-DISPOSABLE! I walked out of the salon a HAPPY CUSTOMER, that will revisit; Thanks my Heartland girlfriends :)

Excellent all rounded customer journey, from the moment I stepped into the salon till the moment I stepped out of the salon. The receptionist was well trained and friendly, answered my enquiries promptly with confidence. On days where I opt for a hair wash, I can count on a therapeutic head massage by Evonne or Grace. I was fortunate enough to have my hair cut by manager Joanne who has tremendous skill, being able to bring alive and carve a hair style that I desired but importantly, adapting the style to better suit my face shape. She also has such a soft, delicate touch while handling my hair and has great interpersonal skills. Consistency is also very important and I know I can count on leaving the salon satisfied with my fresh and confident cut. A fair bit of warning, do call in to book an appointment as she is frequently booked.

Each time I step in I feel like I am just having a friends catch-up with the excellent service from the receptionist Pat to hairstylist assistants Yvonne and Grace. I have been going to Jean Yip Heartland Mall for many years, probably 20. Joanne is my affable and skilled stylist who cuts and manages my hair beautifully. I also enjoy the hair treatments done by her able assistants, Yvonne and Grace, which are most relaxing. The team spirit in this salon is great and I love their friendly banter. My two daughters like and come to this salon too.

Every visit have been very satisfying as i know i am in good hands and Joanne knows exactly what i want. Joanne is an excellent hairstylist; have been going to her for many years and she has never once disappointed with her haircuts. She is up to date with the latest trends and will recommend a style that suits your features and her recommendations are spot on. The others in the team are also wonderful. Once you step in you will be greeted cheerily by Pat. The hair washes and head massages provided by Evonne and Grace just melts your stress away. All in all a good experience during every visit.
