Engage this agency at your own risk!
No updates once they promise you to get a helper. You literally have to chase them weekly for any updates at all. I ended up having to liaise with the overseas helper myself just to know the progress. Why am I paying them when I'm doing their job???
Botched up my first helper's documents.
Did not exercise the due diligence as a EA to check and verify all documents before processing.
Second replacement helper also had issue and failed to bring in LAST MINUTE.
Both times both helpers were withdrawn by the agency themselves- resulting in my stranded with no helper after a 6 month wait.
Horrendous service- refused to refund my deposit during the first botch. Second time got my refund back only when I threatened to go to the police!
Expose this fradulent EA! Keep lying to say no transfer maids in the market due to covid but truth is they not able to secure any themselves. Other EAs have existing transfer maids on hand when asked.

She even called me and my helper yesterday to check on how my helper was doing, adapting and getting feedback from me of her performance for these 2-3 months after I brought her home. Great experience and highly recommended this young girl
