β β β β β Been there twice last week. It was a super fun experience. The entry to the onsen day pass is $38+ per person. It includes unlimited time and they provided everything you need there. Yukata is also provided w two towels, disposable bra and panties and shower cap for use. They have a cafe and rest area for a short break in between your spa time. If you really like their onsen experience you may also purchase their membership which includes wonderful benefits. The whole experience is worth the try. Also be prepared to be naked/ semi naked. Guys and girls will be separated.. Have fun!!

β β β β β An onsen in a shopping mall, so a bit different than the quaint Japanese mountain onsen you enjoyed on your trip to Japan. Nice reception area and dressing rooms and washing area. Male Bath area is a bit industrial and shows some wear and tear. It has 6 baths at different temperatures. They also have a cold bath that I found very refreshing as Singapore cold water is usually warm compared to Europe. Male area is nude. I understand that in the female a choice is offered. The rest area (clothed) is mixed. All other areas are gender specific.

β β β β β I tried calling their hotline over a few days for an appointment for massage but no one seems to pick up. So send an email in the end, the respond time is typically one day.
The Thai massage was rather good. The intensity of strength applied was just right. Had a good experience. Might return again to try using their onsen facilities.

β β β β β It was a surprisingly japanese experience, just with a shyer crowd who mostly put on the disposable underwear provided. There were 4 hot and 1 cold bath for the women and each had their own unique properties, making for a wholesome bathing experience. The rules on how to wear the yukata and bathing before entering the bath can be better enforced though as the experience might be daunting to Singaporeans who have never gone to Japan before. I loved the wide variety of yukata designs and matching obi, as well as the cafe which sold surprisingly decent and reasonably-priced food given they had a monopoly. Will be back:)

β β β β β The onsen area had 1 cold pool, 4 warm pools (silk bath, Sakura bath, hydrogen bath and massage bath) and 1 sauna. It was also smaller than expected. Nonetheless, it served the purpose of soothing aching muscles. I also went for the Thai massage and the therapist was very skilful. I enjoyed myself during the session but perhaps was not used to the quick changes of hot vs cold water treatment so I fell sick after.

β β β β β Positive experience for my first Onsen. Everything is provided, including towels, shampoo, shower jel and hair tonic. Only need to bring yourself there. Food at the restaurant isn't cheap but taste good. It doesn't get 5 stars because very noisy children who are screaming and talking loudly are allowed at the resting lounge. Management should stop these noisy kids from the premises if they do not know how to behave appropriately as it spoils the experience there.

β β β β β Very nice experience. I love the different types of baths. I simply love all of them. Silk Bath is the most enjoyable one. Very clean and nice environment. Hygiene standard is very good. One area that I guess can improve is the front desk service. The rest are really very friendly and helpful with great initiative.

β β β β β I love the place. The japanese culture, you might not feel comfortable without clothes for both male and female. But female have undergarments provided if feel weird without. But not for males. But the onsens were amazing. I love the space. Male and female is separate. Can be a good time off alone go chill. Love it.
