โ โ โ โ โ Been there around 4.15pm for dinner..Not attentive and crews just standing there like a model...Worse is that a lot of foods not replenished in time almost 50% were empty. Not busy and yet staffs include the shift manager ( chinese man) allow the customers going to take their food WITHOUT wearing masks. I informed him ( forget to see his name) regarding this and he seen unhappy and never take any action.
5 min later, another customer also refilling his drink at the dispenser WITHOUT his mask!! This outlet never take customers feedback seriously and Will NOT Come again for sure, !

โ โ โ โ โ This branch at Kallang Wave Mall is not crowded when we went on the weekday. The staff were all very friendly and enjoyed the experience. Had the spicy soup and the miso combination!

โ โ โ โ โ We used to be regular for sukiya.. but sure if it is because of covid, the standard of the food has dropped dramatically. The service is not up to par also, ask for multiple times for them to send us the meat. This definitely is my last visit this sukiya..

โ โ โ โ โ Broth is good, and there is a huge variety of ingredients to choose. My go-to place for the occasional treat. I like that they have given us proper ladles to use instead of just spoons.

โ โ โ โ โ Visited the kallang branch and experienced very bad service and cleanliness of utensils.
1. The staff sat us down and did not brief anything and also unsure on the ordering procedure. Had to call the supervisor to explain.
2. The tip of the chopsticks had white stains which is obviously not washed properly.
3. Most of the bowls had stains (which is supposed to be clean) as shown in the photo below.
4. Had to do our own cleaning of utensils as it is still very dirty after exchanging for a brand new clean set.
5. Food is not fresh. Chicken had a very bad stench after cooking.
6. Staff is unaware of the birthday promotion. Stood there for 10minutes for them to verify that there is such a promotion even after I have shown them on the suki-ya website.
7. Tried to email them to talk it out privately but did not get a reply, that's why I'm here.

He saw our drinks no more he ask do we want more drinks.
Even he clear our table all the time.

Had gone in to have a meal with a friend to catch up over a meal. When we went in, we checked on the available items and offering before entering.
When we started ordering, we noted that the coke zero item was not available. We checked with the staff and she said the drink was available but it was only available in the can version and was not refillable. However the menu showed the drinks in the can as seen in the photo.
We had asked whether there was a way about it the staff said that she could only give one can of coke zero and there was nothing else she could do even though the menu had not been updated to show the change and even though they had the item, they did not want to honor it.
Not really sure what to think of it but this deserves a one star for service as I didn't even bother staying for the food. Not sure what else they might be hiding with this method of sales.

โ โ โ โ โ Firstly, when there are still lots of empty seats, waiters keep us waiting outside without saying a word.
Secondly, the quality of the meat is unstable. First round order of wagyu is lean meat the next round come with many fats. Also limited options of foods. Donโt think it worth the price
