β β β β β Unassuming small shop that looks kinda old school. Sandwiched between a row of neighbourhood handphone shops. Went without any expectations. Ordered their black/white muak ice and the yam muak ice. Also ordered the pancake to try. The desserts were actually superb. The shaved ice exceeded our expectations as it was really flavourful and not too sweet. The pancake was so crispy on the outside yet moist on the inside. The shop is a really small operation but seems like they take pride in the quality of food they serve. Really happy to find this dessert place!

β β β β β I didn't take any pictures as I wasn't intending to post any review early. But the taste of the desserts served was simply too impressive for me to keep silent. Its a very small shop, with 2 tables only - I was a bit disappointed to see this initially. We ordered the seasme paste and also the seasme muak-muak ice. The price of the muak-muak ice is around $5.80 - $6.80, at the higher end - I was caught offgurard with the price initially. But the taste is definitely worth the price, surprisingly good. Both are not very sweet - I would say very home made taste and very strong seasme taste. You can tell there is really heavy investment on the ingredients and other shops probably are sugar water only. Really a hidden jam on Gaylang Road.

β β β β β A hidden gem in Geylang! It is located in the Main Street but since the place is very small, it is very easy being overlooked. But the desserts are nice!
Had beancurd skin with ginkgo and barley. The sweetness level was alright, and they provided maple syrup if you feel itβs not sweet enough. But they used microwave to heat it up if you order a hot one.
Black sugar bubble tea. I didnβt try but according to my friend it is good as he ordered less sweet. But he complained the bubble was a bit hard to chew. Reflected the issue to the lady boss( I supposed). We were being told maybe the temperature of the cold water was too cold. Anyways.
Then this coconut shred pans cake was great. It was fresh made. I saw the boss man making it in front of the door. It was crispy and tasted good.
Overall it is a recommended place!

β β β β β Semi sweet desserts in hot desserts . Overall nice.The service crew provide additional sugar water or honey to added into desserts to choice of individua sweeteness preferences. The yam paste desserts not so filling. Just nice for after dinner desserts. Tiny shop environment near main road. Suitable to all age.

β β β β β A nice respite from the hustle and bustle in geylang. The pancakes are freshly made and very crispy. Service was efficient and polite. I think the taro/ sesame ball peanut soup was lackluster and could be improved.

β β β β β Staff are nice, but the food is tasteless. Quite pricey, ordered the taro mostly water only. Added avocado ? myself to help with the taste. 9fresh is much more worth it for same price.

β β β β β Super cute hole in the wall dessert shop with made-to-order pancakes. The muak-muak was only okay and prefer forgettable, but the pancakes were amazing and Iβd totally come back just for those.
The owners were absolutely lovely. They offered amazing service and made us feel like we were visiting the parents of an old childhood friend.
