Just bought a M6 mini tricycle pma last Saturday night from yy ebike, before I bought it, I told the boss that I want a Lithium battery but end up he gave me a lead acid battery. I went back the second day and ask for exchange yet the boss said the lead acid battery has already use so can't exchange unless I purchase a new one. One more issue is the charging problem, the first time I charge the battery, I charge more than 10hr but the charger didn't stop when the battery is full charge, when I told the boss about this issue, he told it is normal. What happen is the battery over charge and cause fire? Second issue is the remote control, they gave me a spoil control n I went back to change, the lady boss gave me a black face n when their worker the remote part n they ask me did I change the parts inside. If you wanna buy anything from there please think twice, their after sale service really fk up.

If can give 0 star, i will give, all the prc worker all useless, the boss also prc guy, 100% con man, let share my experience, my jimove lcd display is spoil, went down the shop to change, the staff recommend a voltmeter type with keylock to me as they dont have the original lcd display. I agree to change, after change cannot power up my ebike, then they say the voltmeter not comparable to jimove ebike, say they will call their boss come down talk to me. the solution the boss come down and give me is, he will go source the original lcd display from jimove to install for me at the price of $90 which he claim he will not earn anything from me, because is his shop mistake. i agrue with the boss that i see from jimove wedsite, the original lcd display jimove selling only $64,, he say the lcd display need to do settings, he self claim he and jimove boss in singapore are very close and the price he quote me $90 he never earn a single cent from me. the prc cb boss think we sg ppl all stupid ar, lcd display need to do setting, he dare to say out of his bloodly prc lj mouth. i F him, the next day i go down jimove shop buy 1 original lcd display for $64 and plug and play on my ebike without any setting needed.
