β β β β β Utterly disappointed. Half cooked chicken and beef satay, bland spices and marinade. I wanted to go over and shake that young man doing the cooking so badly. Never again, not even if this was the last satay stall in existence.

β β β β β Totally disappointed with the Ayam penyet. The chicken is average. The rice is fine. The chilli, totally not nice. Very disappointed! Wasted my time and money, wonβt buy from this stall anymore. Thereβs another stall selling ayam penyet, much nicer and better. The stall name is Adam Chicken Rice. One of my favourite stalls in Adam corner.

β β β β β I've never had better satay in Singapore. Cooked to order; expect to wait, totally worth every minute. They close early though, not a supper spot, alas.

β β β β β Horrible and terrible service , owner was so rude as though his satay is the best in Singapore.
The satay taste so blunt, the peanut sauce was a flop. the barbeque chicken wings was hopeless, it tasted more like heated in the oven.
Not worth spending your money.

Decided to give Zaiton a try since the purpose of visiting this place was to eat satay.
Ordered both Chicken and Beef since mutton was unavailable.
Very long waiting time, felt like I was waiting my order from Haron Satay.
Taste wise, only the beef satay was acceptable. Chicken taste was off and meat seems to of minced type.

β β β β β This taste of their satay is superb. Both the Beef and Mutton Satay is very tender, juicy and well marinated. Give it a try if you do drop by here. Highly recommended.

My verdict: Best mutton satay in Singapore.
Slightly burnt, soft inside, layers of fats....just what I like!

β β β β β One of the best traditional Malay Satay Store. Taste is fantastic and the gravy is heavenly. It's selling for 80cents per stick and minimum order is 10 sticks. They have been at Adam Road Hawker Center for ages. Definitely a hidden gem not to be missed.
