Best place to get Singapore attraction tickets in a very less price

I got my photo printed and documents scanned and printed here for Malaysia visa. They realised that I am going to apply for Malaysia visa, so they asked politely to apply there which is fine. They wouldn't charge anything for photo and prints if I apply there. I declined. This part is completely fine. The main problem for me was for photocopy the man asked for 50cents per photocopy and 8 $ for photos . This makes 12$ in total. I gave 20$ note, the man takes goes inside to bring change, then I don't know maybe the boss said something to him, he come outside and told me 1$ for each photo copy so end up paying 16$. I felt the boss asked him to increase price so that I apply visa from their shop while looking at total cost for myself. I am feeling that way because when the man say 1$ he didn't bring 4 $ change which would have been remaining amount. He waited for my answer then he went in again and bought 4$ change when I declined again. I wasn't in the mood to really haggle. Although it might not be too high in unethical scale but deserving 1 star for me.
