★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same bad experience for me. Order was supposed to arrive at 11.25am and it’s an hour late, the order is not here. But the status is shown as delivered. Terrible and nobody picks up the phone. You are not allowed to cancel the transaction as it is shown as delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not order the food from using the Deliveroo app from them. their estimate time of delivery is 4hours. Waited for 4 hours instead of the 40mins stated on Deliveroo.

The food didn't taste good either. Not going with them again

And the delivery details were completely incorrect
The cab person received the food from the restaurant at after 15 mins what they stated as the arrival time
Because of it the food was delivered an hour late.
Never order
Better restaurants are there
The estimated arrival stated was 23:45 hrs
The food given to the cab driver for delivery was 23:54 hours
Please don’t justify your mistake here.
This is really not acceptable.
People have plans
If the place is too far give the correct delivery time to your customers when you can’t fulfill the 30 mins delivery time as mentioned in the Grab App .

Food taste is bland - so order only if you want to give tasteless food to someone in a hospital
Restaurant number doesnt work - So no amount of calling will help.
I ordered through Deliveroo - it was a magical experience which taught me how to survive without food and accept a delayed order and then eat tasteless food and just accept that i really can not do anything.

After placing the order delivery time was an hour later.
2 hours later the order was marked as delivered but no food.
When I called the restaurant there was no response.
Won't be ordering from here again.

I waited for 4 hrs after they have accepted the order and finally I had to cancel the order with the support of Grab .
