If your looking for good maid agency, definitely not this. Please don't go with this maid agency, if not you feel regret later. I had a very bad experience. They never care customers requests. They will talk very nice before you take maid, Once you took the maid, if you have any problem with the maid and want to complain, even they never pickup the phone.

TLDR: Service can be improved; paid a premium for a transfer maid. My feelings: Mixed. Late June 2020, I found a post of Gumtree stated that they have an Burmese maid who could speak fluent mandarin ready to be transferred. Mr Loh contacted me and promised to send profiles shortly. I waited only to hear again after 1 week. Now, within this 1 week, I have screened profiles from various agencies every night which totalled up to be close to 100 profiles. Before I even request to do a face to face interview, I would ask the agents to confirm with their candidates on my additional terms, if not ok then it is unnecessary to proceed further. Those potential candidates reject the idea to sleep at the living room temporarily or had already confirmed with other employers. Hence when Mr Loh got back to me, I was hopping to see some decent profiles. He had sent 3 profiles in total and I was impressed with one of it and requested for an immediate interview. Here comes 2 disappointments 1st, after the late night interview (930pm ish) with the said helper, I am reaffirmed about my choice, she has what I envisioned. However, being a sleep deprived mother of 2 and taking care of a newborn, I did not see Mr Loh's last min text about interviewing another candidate. I was caught offguarded to keep receiving an unknown videocall. It was uncalled for totally. Now, I still gave benefit of doubt and proceeded with the interview but I knew that helper didn't make the cut just the 1st min. Now before I head on to my 2nd disappointment, the 1st one made me pretty upset because it was against my will that my number was given to others and challenging the mental state of a sleep deprived mother from sleeping. Hence I told Mr Loh that I would like to confirm the 1st helper straight away but he said that she has other upcoming interviews. Here's another catch, 40% of me would like to have this helper but 60% of me doesn't mind if she reject us because, when I realised the agency fees and other charges, I was taken aback. In my opinion, it is ridiculously high as compared to other agencies and notwithstanding the fact that it cost more than double of what my previous agent would have charged for a transfer maid. I later understand that they have a refund policy but my previous agent also offer that so I didn't see the need for such a skyrocket cost which is way beyond my budget. However, if the helper chose my family, I guess it is fated. On top of that, Mr Loh mentioned that the said helper had many potential employers so really, part of me wasn't pinning high hope. Unexpectedly, the helper chose my family on the same day, otherwise I would probably have dropped her. Despite the jawdropping fees, I guessed it was fate hence went ahead. Now, here comes my 2nd disappointment. On the day that they reached my house, due to technical issue, the paperwork was not ready. I don't think it is unacceptable for me to feel disappointed. While I appreciate that Mr Loh, facilitate setting up a bank acct for the said helper, all this little things fall under professionalism, jobs cope and nature and not getting it right speaks a volume. Am I happy with the said helper - it is a resounding yes but would I engage their services again, uncertain.

We were caught in a situation during the covid-19 period as my relative passed on and we did not need the helper's service. Michael from ZecruitX was more than willing to assist our helper with the finding of a good employer. All in all, the service provided by ZecruitX was seamless as they handled all the paperwork. There was assurance from time to time to ensure that our ex-helper was taken care of properly during the transition period. It is not an easy role for the recruitment agent but if I am to compare the services of past agents which I had engaged, I would still rate Zecruitx a 4-5 stars.

Loh fetched and send my maid for the COVID-19 two jabs included the waiting time as well at the vaccine centre. It’s worth the money and time as it saves me a lot of time.
