★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear reader, if you are contemplating to buy furniture from Zen tradition, think twice. I invested about SGD $3500+ for 3+2 seater sofa from Zen Tradition, IMM. The sofa had issues from day 1, shoddily varnished, out of shape cushions.
They took back the set and did some touch up and returned it. The cushion problem was not rectified at all. In the meantime, the black paper like cloth covering the sofa base was wilting away shedding black powdery substance below the sofa.
Years later, this is the state of the sofa. The webbing at the bottom has come loose and the paper cover over the webbing has completely wilted out. I contacted them for support, they were hostile and quoted sky high charges for repair.
Kindly avoid getting furniture's from this shop, they sell poor quality furniture with non-existent customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed a dining table at home and we have an open house in less than 2 days. We shared our concern with Sales Person Chong and he managed to expedite our request. Appreciate such great service from Sales Person Chong, the kind lady who manage to book a last minute delivery slot for us and the 3 strong delivery guys who came earlier but right on time before the open house started. The table was set up rather quickly yet carefully and my family was very happy with our purchase. Will definitely go ZEN Tradition @ Sugei Kadut for our funiture shopping again in the future. ?
