★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service and follow up from the salesperson named Peter upon purchase of the sofa! Could not provide me with timely updates of when my sofa could be delivered, and while it was understandable that there was a MCO lockdown from their warehouse in M’sia, the least he could do is to provide me with regular and timely updates of the estimation instead of me having to chase and chase repeatedly every single week.
Placed order in end of June, and my sofa only arrived in mid-oct. Consolation was that they did arrange for a make-shift sofa from their showroom transported and loaned to me while we awaited for our actual sofa.
All in all, while the quality and prices of the sofa are good and reasonable, the customer service experience was really a horrible one!
