โ โ โ โ โ We travelled from East all the way to Sungei Kadut, hoping we can find a suitable sofa to replace the old one. We went almost most furniture warehouses at Sungei Kadut. Out of so many competitors, Eric from Star Living is a good, ethic and patience salesperson. He gave us enough room of time to consider and his helpful assistance, helped us picked a suitable sofa for our home. His earnest services really impressed us! My tempered glass dining table broke and I went to visit Star Living. Their Sungei Kadut branch is filled with many great variety, you will be spoiled with so many great choices.
I bought on last Sunday, and delivered today. Very efficient.

โ โ โ โ โ Bought a dining bench from this outlet on cash and carry basis. Staff was helpful to assist me in placing item on my carโs back seat. However, I noticed there was a very minor chip at the base, which does not affect its functionality. I was in the carpark and the staff already went back into the shop. When they noticed that I havenโt drove off, they were sensitive enough to run out of the shop and asked me if everything was ok. So I told them the issue and they quickly assured me that they will replace it. So we carried the bench back into the shop and they replaced the base on the spot. A shout-out to the good customer service provided by jasmine and her colleagues. Itโs definitely a pleasant buying experience.

โ โ โ โ โ I was attended to by Miss Jasmine Lau. Bought my sofa Q3 2021 last year even before I received my house keys.
This was due to construction delay all thanks to Covid.
Only managed to have it delivered Q2 2022 with further delays from home renovation works.
Miss Jasmine has been patient and offered heartwarming customer service.
Often check upon my home progress and very meticulous with the delivery planning.
Great service triumphs it all.
Sofa delivered in highest quality and form.
Kudos to Star Living and Miss Jasmine !
