Nickson tended to us for an hour answering all our queries patiently and address our concerns without putting pressure on us on the purchase. He was honest and gave good advice like mattress suitability, bedsheet sizes, furniture dimension allowance, etc. Ended up purchasing the most expensive bed and also purchased the bed frame on the same day from him :)
