An exceptional experience throughout with Elvis – from porting the chat from Shopee to WhatsApp, communication has been smooth and all queries and concerns were addressed tactfully. A truly, tailored customer experience which was something I'm very thankful for and even though I eventually didn't go ahead with his products, he was open to hearing feedback for future improvements (though in this case it was just over a very small personal preference of mine – products and finish were still great!).

Very efficient! Ordered the desk and was delivered and assembled on the same day (subject to availability and I guess I am lucky to have a same day slot) Elvis arrived on time and assist in assembling the desk promptly and was done within 20mins. Loving the new desk which makes my WFH more efficiently.

It is time for me to change my dining table. Due to space constraint, I m considering to have 2 in 1 table (a dining table that can be converted into study table too). Sit and stand table caught my attention although I love marble table too as it is so pretty. After doing research, I decided to buy sit and stand table from Build Your Desks. The owner, Elvis is very nice, friendly, and attentively answering my questions. After all the required information I got from Elvis, I have no hesitate to buy from the company. The electric motor for the table is quiet and smooth, but I m still figuring out how to set the memory 1,2,3,4. Overall, they provided me with a great product and services at a very affordable price. Very good quality height adjustable table. I have chosen the solid wood top (120 x 60) paired with a 3 column stand. Self collected and installed the desk myself, I would say it will need some effort to figure out how to install (kinda fun for me) and ideally 2 person to install together, unless you are very familiar with fixing table or furniture. (Otherwise they can provide delivery and installation service at a fee too) Will highly recommend to all who needs a study/working desk at home. Very value for money, remember to take a look at the ergonomic accessories for the study desk, very worth it too. (Bought almost all the rest too...) FYI: Initially I wanted to buy a kids ergonomic table for the kids then came across the height adjustable table which can suit my 2 kids and me :) Thanks Elvis for being patient with my late evening messages and thank you Nick for patiently explaining in details all the questions I have. Simply love the new byd table! It's sturdy, and the moving mechanism is smooth and still works very well after a month of usage. The cable tray really helps to keep the ugly cable out of sight especially when you use the table very often. Well, if you are writing on a piece of table, the fine wood grain design may affect your writing a bit. You just need to place another paper or book underneath to write. On the whole, the table is worth the purchase and value for money.

Very good service from Elvis at BYD. Answer all my queries with patience. Installation was professionally done. The American Black Walnut wood gives a very premium feel. Mechanism is smooth and silent.

feedback came a little late due to moving house. did a fair bit of research before deciding on BYD. went down to their office and Elvis gave a thorough demo and explanation on the material and features. Definitely the go-to person for technicalities! decided to go for them instead of the usual branded table due to the value proposition. customized the table to my liking on the material and dimension I required, even on the grommet hole sizing are customizable. through the entire process, Elvis was super patient and helpful. he gave some recommendations and advice on the customizing part. to be honest, for the amount you paid to the branded standing desk, I will choose BYD any day for it'd quality and value. at least you are able to truly customize quality desk, rather than a standardized customization from that website. after 5-6mths, finally my new place is ready to take delivery. am glad that I took Elvis's advice to get their guy Yuan to install. Its not difficult but definitely time consuming. Yuan was great and helpful, even helped to installed the underdesk mount which I bought myself. Overall experience was fantastic, highly recommending BYD to the other "famous" brands out there. BYD gave you true customization, quality and value. Thanks to BYD and team, enjoying my standing desk right now.

Quality of tabletop and base is better than expected, feels very heavy and built to last. Self assembly instructions is straightforward/intuitive for someone familiar furniture self assembly, otherwise they provide assembly service at a nominal charge. Importantly, the service is very good - I accidentally made a purchase for the wrong model, the table of which was already packed and to be delivered 9am next day. I contacted BYD about my mistake at 10pm the night before, and the team gladly accepted my change and allowed cash topup for difference in model price. Highly recommended!
