Collected my first pair of progressive specs last week and could adapt to it quickly and easily. Best of all, none of those ridiculously exorbitant fees charged by neighborhood optical shops. Paid less than $300. Was served by Lucas who's patient and gave good service. Thanks!!? Ang.

This is my first time here and I have got to say, the service they provide at this store is pretty great. I bought a pair of glasses that turned out to be too loose. So i went back to the store in two days asking them to tighten it for me. They tried but it was still a bit off and loose. They offered to exchange those glasses with another pair. I didn’t get the optician’s name but she patiently helped me choose another pair of glasses

Bought my first pair of glasses on 17/2/2021. Would specially like to compliment Rico (edited 19/4 after finding out his name) He was super not pushy, picked a really nice design that suits my face and provided excellent customer service! Knew I was clueless and explained to me patiently. The optometrist was good as well. Very patient and catered to my needs. This is the first place where I feel the prices are very transparent and they're not just out to try and make you spend as much as possible. Prices are reasonable as well. Overall an excellent experience here and I would come back if I need to get another pair :)

Brought a pair of glasses today as first time purchasing it. The experience was really good and fast, would specially like to thank rico providing the help and giving a lot option for me to try out, sadly i forgot to ask for a hard coating service. Overall best experience i ever had. Will come back if i ever need a replacement glasses.

Really pleasant experience at this branch! May was helpful and knowledgeable in explaining the differences of the lenses and details on the Disney Collab. Kimberly helped me with the eye screening and she took the time to get the right readings for me as it got a bit confusing whether or not my degree had changed while I was comparing between the degree inserts. Lucas was also really friendly in helping me to adjust the frame to fit my face and run through the warranty. Collected on the same day and I like that their pricing is nett, so no hidden costs. Just decide if you want to upgrade from "spherical" to flat lens and whether you want lenses for blue light. (Picked the 35% blue light reduction level instead of 50% so it's not tinted as yellow). Cute cases to choose from too. Would highly recommend trying this place out.

Brian could have told me that my glasses were irreparable and could have pushed a new sale, instead he fixed the issue super fast guaranteeing that I’ll be back. Great service!

First time enter this zoff orchard central in the morning. Wanted to know more about this exiting products and want to prescribe a new pair of progressive lens and buy a new frame. I like many new smart frames suite me the young man with metal spec is helpful and willing to introduce my preference. Happy with the choices and his service. So i decided to buy a new pair at Zoff. But, when come to test my eyes. The hell offensive feeling kicks in. Eddie Optician is very rude to me, and when he said if me want to compare to other brand, i cant compare their progessive lens with other brands. I dont ring the bell but feel very offensive, his voice is so not friendly, not welcome, speaking tone is high and rude, inpatient that spark my offensive and feel annoying. I then raise my voice n told him off, i dont come here to compare yours with others brands and i just want to know your own product benefits and suitability, and i am not here to argue which brands are good or bad. Just want to know how your products will fit n work for me. This is a tense and uncomfortable experiences. The optician eddie is so Rude, inpatient, everything want to rush, put customer look stupid in front of the expert Optician himself, told me they only have 2types of progressive lens, single and advance, not ready to listen and dont even try to understand and listern to customer concerns and needs first or don't even asked. Feel like shopping in a gangster market. I still give a chance to try this zoff product and waiting to receive my new spectacles. Paid around $400+for the advance progressive lens and a frame. Shopping experience 4/5. Eyes test experience 1/5. I can just walk off if that is so offensive way of treating customer rudely and unfriendly. I dont want to waste my time spended during chosing frames so i continue let him test and try zoff product. Price: Reasonable for budget. Quick and attentive service? Really? I dont feel attentive at all. I feel Unwelcome. Japan Quality? Really? Lets see what i get from my new advance progressive lens wz blue light coating later. Will wait until i got it, hope the quality will be exceededy my expectations.
