★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer support. I called them to book an appointment at 5pm on Sun and they have confirmed the time. We were already on the way when they called back stating to push the appointment to 5:30 since apparently they booked another couple at 5pm. When we told them that we are already on the way they told us that its ok and we can come already and they will attend to us as agreed. When we came they made us wait still and cannot give us a straight answer. If they really cannot attend to the apptmt time they confirmed over the phone then they should have told us so instead of telling us to still come and made a promise they will adhere to the timing! We ended up cancelling bec of this. This is the last time that we ever book in at this spa. Waste of time and efffort.

Though I have read some negative feedback, still I decided to give it a try. Masseuse Doris did a great job. I will definitely go back there again. If you are having back pain or stiff neck, I highly recommend Masseuse Doris.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very painful despite me telling the massage therapist to be softer but she kept insisting that my shoulder and neck area were too stiff. Instead, she went to massage harder. I ended with a super sore body and I don't feel relaxed at all. The place is so cramped

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried their ongoing promotion (refer to the banner outside the store) $38 60-minute herbal foot massage and it was SO WORTH IT! Not sure who my masseur was, but his technique was fantastic. The massage was very comfortable and I fell asleep. Definitely not for those with itchy/sensitive feet, but if you love feet massage, please go and try. Seems like they use Gori Gori reflexology techniques! the 60-min foot massage also includes lower leg massage, which felt great for my calves.
Only con i can think of is that the unit is very small, so everyone is in the same space and there is no "privacy". If you dont mind being close to other customers (with a safe distance of course), then this is a great place to try at reasonable prices. (Do call to make an appointment prior because they are quite busy and in demand).
Will return to try their upper back massage next time.
