C	Clement Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gilbert (ZQ Pte Ltd) had demonstrated a high level of attentiveness to our needs, and often went beyond to recommend solutions that could work as well but help us save some. His immediate concerns were always to make sure we would achieve our intended outcomes without compromise in both quality and incurring high costs. That's quite uncommon among contractors that I have dealt with. I do notice a common 'trick' that Gilbert and his team always do (I have engaged him 3 times on 3 separate works), is that he tends to underpromise slightly but always try to deliver slightly more. Kudos to them!

Some examples to share on how it was being managed with aplomb. 1) The scope of works was discussed (pre, during and post) and carried out dutifully and professionally. 2) The entire renovation period was set out in details and completed in a timely manner. 3) The rectification and improvision works due to last minute adjustments were handled with careful considerations. 4) The customer service and communication process were immaculate as every steps and phases were being advised accordingly. 5) The consultancy and advisory services rendered is impeccable, especially on the dos and don'ts when renovating a house. We will like to specially thanks the project manager - Gilbert, who is the one who make all this possible. More importantly, he really went above and beyond. Gilbert was extremely patient and accomodative to our requirements and ad hoc rectification works that was identified and need to be fix (due to resale apartment) when we started the actual construction. The carpentry, wet work, quartz table done are well coordinated and we are satisfied with the overall workmanship. The team of handy workers are polite and keep the renovated place tidy and span. Thumbs up & will recommend ZQ services!

He is very responsible and meticulous in every single way, from the way we plan our home, to even where the plug should be positioned at, he always has the best interest at heart for us. His team is very experienced too and they are able to solve every problems, furthermore he was always at our house during the entire renovation process to supervise and making sure that work is done properly and best thing is, they managed to handover the house to us before the delivery date he committed to us! From the get go, he was very keen to understand my requirements, and came up with a tailored solution that fit my bill (including financially). 2. He provided most trust and expertise, where a couple of other kitchen contractors were totally lacking. I had a very complex & bespoke set up with multiple imported kitchen equipment - Gilbert was able to sync them all into one orchestra. 3. Materials are of top quality. Nothing short-changed. Granite counter top looks spectacular. 4. His execution team is top notch. The did an incredibly neat job - were thoroughly professional. 5. Peace of mind.
