Bad bad experience on the SG team. No photo album or edited video footage received despite paying and following up countless times.

Bad experience. Paid for wedding services, but album didn’t arrive despite repeated follow up on my end. Ridiculous. Scammers.

I would have given zero star if i could. They did not even honour the contract terms. A few items stated in the contract was not delivered. We have been chasing them from January 2019 until now June 2019. It was horrible. We paid 4.5k to be made to feel like I was begging them to do me a favour. 1) They even had to ask me what was missing as they weren't even aware. 2) Even after I reminded them by sending them a screenshot of our signed contract, they can still miss out stuff by sending only 1 acrylic frame instead of 2 as stated in contract. When I reminded them it is 2, they kept mum. When I asked them if they sent out 1 or 2 frames, there was no reply either. I only found out indeed they only sent one when the frame arrived in the mail. 3) The march in animated video (also as listed in contract) which they promised to delivered by May after so much chasing is nowhere in sight. 4) The wedding website (also listed in contract), was delivered in a slipshod manner after much chasing too, they did not bother to edit after we asked them for 2 months, as we aint comfortable with our full set of pictures floating on the internet. Also the instructions to RSVP is in traditional chinese, as such we could not use it for our guests. 5) They also owed us a free rental gown (also listed in contract), but they simply said their office is under renovation until April. It is now June, and I have been calling them since March, my calls have never been picked up once. 6) Their replies would take weeks on whatsapp. Sometimes there would be no reply at all. 7) Once when we said we will write an honest review, they started replying immediately with warnings of legal consequences, and they demanded to know if we are still going to write. 8) I also commented on their Facebook asking for updates on the items they owed us. They blocked us, instead of contacting us to resolve the issue. This is the kind of vendor we have been dealing with. One who would block us and reply with warnings of legal consequences, anything but service recovery.

Extremely bad. Please do not join. 0 stars for me. After paying for our KR/SG package in 2018, we have been liaising with them but the messages got more and more sporadic over time. We had scheduled for a SG wedding shoot in February 2019 (!) but no futher contact was made by the team after scheduling. Moreover, calls and messages were not answered. It took us calling the Hong Kong team in order to even get in touch with them. Photography in KR was done by an external agency, not by the team as promised. No news from the SG team. Been waiting for more than a month for the basic wedding photos for the initial selection and it's been really trying to get in touch with the KR team. I've had to lodge a complaint with CASE Singapore without any guarantee that the SG team will get back to us. It will be likely that we will have to take it to court with Small Claims tribunal in order to even see their face. TL;DR - avoid this agency like the plague.
