Very satisfied with their service! Everything was smooth from start to finish. They’re very responsive and easily contactable, which I think is a huge plus especially during these uncertain times where the government restrictions are constantly changing and our wedding plans have to adjust as well. Really appreciate the fact that they sat down with us to learn about our story which is really refreshing in my opinion. It shows how they take the couple’s story seriously and not just treat us as another pair of clients. Would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Firstly we're truly beyond blessed to be able to came across you guys(lightsideweddings). We had fun taking photos during the wedding. Thanks to our talented photographers mr nico, mr nasiralkaff, the videographer mr josiah and miss farhana for making it smooth. They are not just friendly but super helpful and were right on the ball during the event. They assisted us on how to post for the camera/video during the wedding be it indoors or outdoors. Great movement and formation were given by them.☺️? Lightsideweddings has given us the great quality/details in their service as a whole- from the beauty thumbdrive, packages and all the way down to their photoshots,videos and their well-skilled photo/video editing!! Video transition was beautifully done. Love every little details they had put in for us. Truly satisfied with the lightsideweddings and will definitely engage them again. Suggestions/feedback: perhaps after every outdoor photoshoot session, clients to be given template to fill up themselves which shooting moments the client would want(must) the editor to include and be part of the video. To avoid double editing.?

The journey with Lightside was smooth sailing. We picked them for their affordable and simple packages . They provided us with a variety of options and customisations, and they tried their best to cater to what we need. Wedding day itself was really enjoyable, their photographers are able to break the ice almost immediately and made us feel at ease. We are also very pleased with how the photos, trailer and video turned out! However, we would appreciate it if they could improve on the speed of communication and the frequency of their updates (ie. The progress for our photos to be ready. Communication was minimal right after our wedding, and we had to keep checking in with them. There weren't any sneak previews before the photos selection and all we could do was to wait for their updates). Nevertheless, we appreciate their effort, time and professionalism. And we loved how great the trailer, videos and photos turned out! Thank you Lightside; Haikal, Hisyam (videographer), Irwan (photographer).

Me and my wife were very happy with the service from start to finish. The team was very friendly and we got along well from the moment we step in the studio the first time. The process was very smooth throughout and the team even provide us with alot of guidance and suggestions for our photo taking. Results turned out great and we are very satisfied with it. We engaged LSW for both of our pre-wedding and wedding photography and videography. We chose them because of their spontaneity, flexibility in lastminute changes, and affordable price package services. 5 months before our wedding, we had our pre-wedding photoshoots and videography done and we had the same service for our wedding event. Both turned out fantastic. We love the end products as it had an emotional impact on us after viewing the edited video as LSW have lived up to their name, capturing moments. LSW crews makes you feel less nervous during photoshoots because of their easy going and friendly characters. Thank you to Haikal and crews for making our events a memorable journey!! Kudos guys!!

My wife and I are satisfied and happy with Lightside photography services for our wedding. We had a smooth transaction from the beginning till the end. Firstly, we browsed through their portfolios on IG and were amazed with their productivity for both photos and videos. I contacted Haikal and obtained more details for their package. He advised accordingly based on my budget and we felt comfortable with their price range. I can say its very worth it and a reasonable price. During our wedding day, their crew members were very engaging and fun. They arranged for us some pose on the dias and captured the critical moments throughout the event. We collected the deliverables a few months later and Haikal played the videos. Both of us went WOW! in disbelieve. We both couldn't stop smiling as we watched. The photo album turned out very sharp and clear. We love how they arranged the photos with different sizes. Good quality canvas frame and unique USB thumb drive that stores our photos and videos. In conclusion, they are proffesional and hardworking. They displayed their passion in their work and honesty. It's a sweet journey and memorable for our big day.
