C	Cheefoo Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This delivery company is not ethical, and I don't know why overseas merchant wants to partner with them. Over at Lazada, the delivery status says 'recipient not reachable' and delivery is unsuccessful. The problem is that we are at home the whole day during the 'failed' delivery dates. The delivery man uses this tactic to give you a call, and the moment you didn't pick up the call fast enough, they claim it's unsuccessful. When you return call or message within a few minutes, they say they are very far away. They could have just deliver the items directly, since it is contactless delivery. It just didn't make sense.

Yet, didnt sent wrong date n dump my parcel at door in the middle of the night close to midnight!!! Without even any calls and just updated delivered in lazada status! IRRESPONSIBLE LOGISTIC!!! This is the 2nd time! If my parcel is lost, then you should pay the seller and refund me! Close down your logistics if you all dont know how to treasure customers as promised!!!
J	J L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 7 parcels have arrived in ZTO Singapore warehouse for more than two weeks, still not delivered. PM then on Facebook, got reply after 4 days, say they will chase for me. Then I received 1 out of 7 the next day. Where’s the rest? And why not delivery together to save you from running multiple trips? So inefficient and unreliable. I highly recommend Lazada remove them as a delivery partner, please!

Had online response but delivery was not the date that was agreed. Just placed parcel in my front door and left with no way to contact them. So for what you have a customer service? Very horrible experience with no responsibility
C	Ch yn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Read so much negative reviews about Zto that got me very worried. Promptly reached out to them via FB yesterday and they replied to my queries within an hour. Thought I give them 3 days before I check again but I was pleasantly surprised that my parcel arrived at my doorstep early this morning. Perhaps I am lucky but I think I ought to inject some positivity and also give credit where credit is due. Jia you Zto and good luck to all fellow buyers. Btw, my purchase included fine porcelain bowls from China 景德鎮 and all 12 bowls came unscathed. The fragile stickers on my box were requested by me to the freight forwarding company in 深圳 when my parcels arrived at their site for consolidation.

When I called the number (62540935), an automated message was prompt which says to use their live customer service. Ever since, I've been contacting their 'Automated' live customer service as all they give is the same response, 'We will chase the warehouse to deliver it asap', which is just utter bs. Overall HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND using this courier company to deliver your goods from China. With all the negative reviews and Google reviews speaks for itself, this courier company should really just close down.

Understood from their management team that they are having some difficulties. But I am very happy with their on site service.
