★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent a Pelican Case in for repair as the wheels were brokaway by previous user and needs repair. Called in on Friday, booked an appointment for them to pick up the luggage on Monday, and they returned the repaired luggage on Thursday. Good service and excellent workmanship! Will request for their services when I need to in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My travel luggage wheels were damaged. I went over yesterday Monday during lunch. But staff mentioned that it will takes 3 to 5 working days. I told the staff that I need it urgently on Wed. They told me that they will try. I was amazed that they sent me a message at 10.45pm on the same day that my luggage bag is available for collection.
I am so happy that I am able to get back today Tuesday.
The staff are really helpful and technician work till so late to get my luggage repaired on the same day. The repair fee is reasonable for a quick service.
Greatly appreciate their helpfulness and hardwork. And their thoughtfulness to understand my urgency and place my request on priority. Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to repair my bag waited at the left counter. I had waited for awhile before the crowd started coming in, but I was told that I need to queue as the right counter as that’s the right place to queue. There’s no queue system hence I had to re-queue all over again. Suggest that they put more signage to set up a proper queuing system. Place is cramp and floor condition is shown in photo as shown

Came to drop a worn luggage bag with handles that were almost torn off, as it was fabric the front desk needed to inquire with the experts behind.
Within 5mins they came back with a quote and a 3-4 week repair timeframe.
Service is great and friendly but would only recommend repairing luggages that you REALLY like as the cost might outweigh the original purchased value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've a Samsonite Black Label Plutus with zipper torn. I need the luggage for travel in next few days. I Whatsapped with pictures to confirm with Chiang Kong they can fix it and the reply is that should be fine but non committal on dates. They need to see the item on site. I brought it on site today but looking at the busy constant queue of about 5-10 people, I thought maybe quick turnaround might not be possible after all. To my surprise they stitched up within 30 mins. It saved my day. Before Chiang Kong, I've checked with other repairers nearby and they all quoted me 2 weeks over S$100 for total zipper replacement with no hope of repair. Chiang Kong done it within 30 mins with faction of cost. Brilliant job!!!! Highly recommended.
