β β β β β My mother had to take ART test due to a surgery next day. We went to this clinic on 10Feb afternoon. The staff at reception is very friendly and patient. Great customer service. Highly recommend this clinic.

β β β β β Super thankful for the patience and kindness the counter staff showed during my pre departure PCR scare as well as being very honest about whether the other tests Iβd wanted to take were actually required. Also I want to thank Dr Bennett Ong for calmly and patiently running through with me the options and solutions for the stressful situation I was in and accommodating all my requests! ?????? Thank you guys so much!

β β β β β Just visited Poiz Centre Clinic. Saw a locum doctor there. I have high fever at 38.5 degree (reading taken at home) and Doctor was suppose to do an ART but he wanted me to do it myself under his supervision. Dr had a mask on but no PPE. I was taken aback by his request but complied any way. And the cost of each test kit is $15; approximately 3 times more than what I would pay at retail. I am now wondering why I should be paying $15 for a test kit when I could bring one myself and test in the presence of the dr. And the best part, he did not bother taking my temperature. In short, his professionalism is questionable.

β β β β β My wife & I went to Intermedical Clinic @ Potong Pasir to do our PCR test prior to our flight to Seoul. We were apprehensive, our 1st experience doing this test and going to this clinic. Dr Bennett Ong was patient & helpful to 2 senior citizens, explaining to us the procedure and what to expect. He was skilful. We felt no discomfort. Before we knew it, it was over. It left us with a very good impression. ?

β β β β β Comfy and clean clinic that just opened at Poiz Centre, which is super convenient (just outside Potong Pasir MRT).
Dr. Bennett was really attentive and patient. He is also very warm and friendly, feels like I've known him for years! Will definitely recommend this clinic to residents living nearby ?

β β β β β I had contacted them and consulted a bit regarding when should I have my test taken.
And they are very helpful. I went to Poiz Plaza before 8 pm, had my PCR test and paid S$ 80 nett. Next morning about 08:00 I have received my test. So its not even 13 hours to wait for me. Excellent

β β β β β Send my helper for her 6ME examination. Staff at counter very professional and polite. The whole process was smooth and I received the results in 3 days time with filing done promptly. When I went back to collect the report, the staffs at the counter were also very professional and polite. Clinic very tidy and clean. Will definitely come to this clinic again if I need any medical services. So far I feel this is best clinic in potong pasir having stayed here for more than 36 years

β β β β β My first visit yesterday because they are opened at 8am as compared to other clinics which mostly opens only at 830am. Dr Bennett was very patient and caring for my health screening. Today, I went back for my lab results review and the staffs were extremely busy but they still try to fit me in for an appointment to see the doc. I am so thankful for that. The female doc was also very nice and patient. Slowly explaining all the diagnosis to me even though there were many patients waiting outside. I am so happy that there's a good clinic with nice doctors and staffs near my house!
