โ โ โ โ โ Samsung SHS P718 digital lock failed after 4 years on a Sunday afternoon. Called several locksmiths immediately but they were non-committal about whether they could/knew how to repair it. 1&1 was fourth on the list of the google search (should have been first!). Prompt response and decent quote. Dennis was here within the hour and the job was done in 40 minutes. Also spent extra time explaining the problem and how to maintain the lock. Heโs now my go-to guy for all future lock problems!

โ โ โ โ โ Called for a quote to get a broken key stuck in my letterbox keyhole. Was quoted $50, which is very reasonable. Locksmith came to fix it while I wasn't home, so I didn't even need to be around. He trusted me to PayNow the fee over after I tested out the lock when I got home.

โ โ โ โ โ Dennis was extremely helpful in my moment of need. He was very professional and thorough in getting information about my current lock before coming down on site to fix it.
I had originally found someone else due to time constraints and Dennis was already out on appointment. However, the first locksmith wasnโt able to fix the problem and Dennis was very kind in following up to make sure that my lock was fixed. When told of the situation, he immediately offered to rush down after his current job.
Original locksmith quoted $600 to change the whole lock (some unknown brand no less) that they brought without examining the problem, but Dennis took his time to inspect and tried to find a solution by testing to see if we could change parts instead.
I still went ahead with changing the lock but under recommendation from Dennis but didnโt have to pay a hefty sum for a similar digital lock under the same brand.
If you want someone thorough, professional, honest and skillful with great service - please definitely give Dennis a call.
