β β β β β Horrible service by the staff..Stood and waited for a few minutes but he just kept on doing other stuff, called out to him and he gave an impatient tsk, as if I had interrupted him. Answer was snobbish and my second question was cut off by his snort and he returned back to whatever he was doing. Maybe he was in a bad mood after an argument with another customer and I caught him at a wrong time but that's no way to treat a customer.

β β β β β Brought in some new shoes for sole protection. The owner was very short tempered and refused to show me the materials or discuss the job. Kept saying "if you're so interested in these detaila you go somewhere else!"

β β β β β Went to this outlet as well. Was aware the owner worker was in charge of this outlet instead. Attitude wise might be more on the rude side but was still professional and did a great job for my pair of leather shoes.

β β β β β I had a terrible experience. I had a pair of new heels (with block heels) which I forgot about and when I got them out, all the rubber on the sole had cracked. I brought them to the cobbler and explained the situation and asked for all all the rubber parts on the sole to be replaced so that I could wear the heels again.
The cobbler said he would replace the entire sole for me for $45.
I got my shoes back and to be honest, did not check the workmanship or whether the job done was complete. I trusted that the cobbler would do a good job.
However, I wore them for less than 2 hours when the rubber part of the heel fell off. I returned to the cobbler and he insisted that $45 was for replacing the front part of the sole and he did not replace the rubber part of the heel.
If I wanted to replace the rubber part of the heel I needed to pay him another $15.
Clearly, I wanted to fix my heels completely so that I could use them again. It baffles me that he thinks I would pay $45 for half the job to be done and to get back heels that I could not wear.

β β β β β Really love the workmanship, the price was reasonable too. Will totally recommend anyone who needs repair their sole or heel. I was allowed to check the shoes condition and asked if i was satisfied with the quality. They even provide extra polishing. Great service!
