β β β β β Came here to do front Vibram sole for my new shoe. Paid $28 and sole was done in 30mins. Sand down the leather sole and had the vibram sole stick on. Edges were sand down and side coloured to make it look homogenous. Very good service, though price could be cheaper.

β β β β β Came to duplicate key. Was informed $15 initially, which i agreed. Then dropped my original and only house key in the shop and for a good 10-15 mins was spent finding it.
While i sat down and anxiously waited for him to find it, no apologies were given and he didn't even told me that he managed to find it and confirmed with me whether it is the key I have him before proceeding to duplicate.
After duplicating he casually said it is $18 instead of the original $15. When asked why, he replied "I said $15, what"
Never returning again.

β β β β β Will not open on time, came at 10 am and waited 15mins... nothing. 3 other customers came and were frustrated as well. Don't bother with this shop. Horrid reviews all around.

β β β β β Went to two other shoe repair shops in the area to stitch the front flap of my toddlerβs leather sandals - one refused to work on kidsβ shoes, the other said his stitching machine canβt do the job and turned me away. Just as I wondered if the cobbler craft is dead, the good guy at IPβs took the job, and finely hand-stitched the leather in under half an hour, all for $3.

Once I had to make a duplicate copy of a key urgently and the shop was about to close around 730 pm when I called the shop and asked him to wait for 5 mins. I was surprised to see him keep the shop open and wait until I reached in order to help me get the duplicate the same day. Thankful for the helpfulness!
