I had an overheating engine back at Sin Ming and I was far away from my main workshop. Looking up google and I found 1 Car with great reviews. I was attended by DaoXiong on the main number and he was there to provide help and answering my queries throughout from the time before I arrived at the workshop till the repair was completed. The lounge provided at the workshop was the best I have been at so far and it was comfortable with free wifi as well as refreshments like water/coffee/tea and snacks. Suitable for those going for servicing and repairs and do not want to take a taxi back while waiting. There was a slight misunderstanding with regards to pricing and some issues but DaoXiong managed to cleared it up and kindly called me to explain and clarify the misunderstanding when he could have chosen to just ignored me. Though they might not have the cheapest pricing, quality and after-support is assured at this workshop. I'd recommend to people looking for a car workshop to do their servicing or repairs. DaoXiong is the person to contact and you can be rest assured with the parts they used and the after-sales support they provided. Kudos to Dao Xiong for the best customer service provided. You'll never find someone as attentive as Dao Xiong at other workshops.

Very friendly and competent staffs. The boss is also present to ensure all works are done well. Changed my battery, installed new spark plugs and diagnosed the AC. All is well. Happy and will return.

Brought my Nissan Qashqai down for servicing on 7 Feb. First time servicing outside of OEM schedule and the experience was very pleasant. Ryan and his team are very professional, courteous, knowledgable and importantly, honest. Ryan provided good advice and for servicing/replacement of items only if required, and the quality of work is excellent. This provided much assurance. In fact, I just brought my car down today (21 Feb) to replace a rear signal light, which is a safety hazard, and he have them replaced quickly and without fuss. Same high level of service quality and standards. Highly Recommended and will go back.

Amazing experience. Transparency is key when it comes to car maintenance, you need to know what you pay for. Ryan and his team were also helpful in sharing their industrial experience about cars, engines in general and provide you information to decide whether your car's problem is worth fixing. Went to service my car, they offered a comprehensive check on all the essentials of the car (suspension, drive shaft, brakes etc) and it's honestly the first time I've seen a maintenance company offering such detailed checks on complimentary basis. They also picked up some issues my car has and advised me based on their expert opinion not to fix these issues - based on its impact vs how long the problem can sustain. This is transparency and they are not there to earn your money through making false and dishonest recommendations! Overall great experience and you should just give them a try. They just earned a loyal customer

This is the first time I serviced my BMW at an external workshop. Had an issue with my transmission. Ryan had his mechanic check the issue on the spot and was able to advise in detail the issue, repair needed and cost. He communicated with great clarity what they were going to fix alongside their charges. Ryan is very genuine and definitely knows his stuff. I subsequently also had my aircon fixed. Both jobs were done well. Overall reasonable pricing with excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Great service provided by them. The person in charge is very friendly to explain the package. First time here to do regular maintenance servicing. It was a quick service, it was done within 30 minutes to change oil. I called earlier prior to make appointment. I will come again next time to do my regular maintenance service. I stayed at the lounge during the service. There are coffee, tea, and drink provided there along with biscuit and candies. There is air purifier for the room as well. Free wifi inside - I didn't use the wifi though. There is a charger on the desk as well in case the phone need to be recharged. The place has 1 hours grace period. It was done within grace period and it was a free parking in my case.

Amazing experience at 1 Car!!! Started doing servicing with them last year, Ryan and his team are professional, transparent, fast and reliable. Everything was seamless and smooth, great responsiveness, superb customer service, good amenities, excellent competency in all aspect. Had problems passing inspection due to handbrake issue and have to return multiple times and tight timeline to meet but Ryan was super patient and helpful to get it all sorted out, went out of his way to ensure everything is settled (solved car issue, settled inspection). Really nothing but thumbs up for the great service, passion and professionalism from the team. Will definitely recommend to all friends and family to this reliable and trustworthy workshop.

We chose 1 Car Service based on the good reviews on Google and glad the team didn’t disappoint us. They will ask for your permission to proceed on the part that you need to pay extra and no hard selling. On top of basic servicing, they help us to get quote for tyre replacing from another shop as they didn’t supply and help us to send the car upstairs for alignment upon requested. One stop servicing under one roof. Very helpful and not to mention the lounge with amenities make the waiting easier and pleasant. Few hours of waiting is worthwhile. A complimentary parking ticket is ?? Will be back for the next servicing.
