★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Randomly chose Vin's Motor to repair our car which was unfortunately involved in an accident. Pretty happy with our decision as the staff were professional and friendly.
Elaine especially was very assuring and helped with the accident reporting. Raymond and Elaine kept me updated on the repair process often and gave me a timeline on when the car is ready for collection. At the point of collection the car was very clean and shiny.
We are impressed with their service and are considering to head back for servicing in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an accident and sent my car to Vin’s. Elaine and Raymond handled the accident vehicle, filed the claims process and also gave a replacement car in excellent condition. The entire process was fast and hassle free. Car was repaired in a few days with all paperwork settled. Fast and efficient!
Have been going there since having a car and the experience has been great. Keep it up!

Met with an accident and was lost on all ends on what to do. Luckily Raymond assured me and gave me a unforgettable experience. Highly recommend raymond and the amazing team behind the company. The team there (special mention of Elaine and Raymond) is courteous and responsive. Everything is well organized and you can sense the professional routine, the team is applying throughout the process - from the receipt of your car and initial data collection to repair execution and customer communication. You just feel that you came to the right spot and that things will get handled well. Based on that positive experience, I will return to Vin's also for my regular car servicing.

Easy to find, they made the process very easy, smooth and painless. I hate paperwork so this was really nice. Replacement car was fine. Staff was most helpful, especially Raymond. Even answered some queries outside of working hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engaged Vin's Auto as it's on my insurance company's panel. I'm glad to have chosen this company (in Feb 2021), as the service experience was great and the repair was within my expectations.
Elaine at the front desk was very efficient and friendly, helping me settle all the paper work and even registered the loaner for my carpark access. She also kept me updated of the progress.
Raymond at the workshop handled everything smoothly for the repairs.
Good thing the repair came with a one year warranty, as some noise developed near the repaired area about 10 months in, and Raymond got it fixed nicely; hopefully no further recurrence.
In essence, it's a worry-free engagement with Vin's, making a somewhat distressing situation very much less so. Thank you Elaine and Raymond!

Involved in an accident few weeks back and based on Google reviews, contacted Vin's for my car repair. Glad to say all reviews were accurate and was not disappointed with overall experience.
Elaine provided seamless and easy service regarding insurance claim against 3rd party - paperwork completed within 15 mins.
Raymond followed up with great knowledge and explanation on work required
Loan car provided which was a great help as I would have had to arrange rental car otherwise.
Car repair completed within period as promised, washed and vacuumed.
A great find and will be back to Vin's for my future auto needs. Professional, prompt and courteous experience all round and no hesitation in recommending Vin's. Well done guys !
