Ur staff keep changing the story from yesterday.. Do not even know protocol of the clinic.. Keeping pushing me in circles and ur doctor Kenneth was even so rude and when I told him my situation and why I was not inform properly the first place.. He told me to go to another clinic.. All u guys wanted was just the consultatiin fees and not bothered.. Ur clinic don't even have the pressure equipment for my mom as she was on the big side.. U guys don't even know how to brief ur staff.. Everyone saying a different story Very horrible clinic the doctor Kenneth told me to visit another clinic when I explained to him my mom medical condition.. The doctor is very rude.. No compassion at all..

Only disappointment is Dr. CHIN YC, who hastily diagnosed me without a proper examine of what I was suffering from and just issue you with painkillers! Dr. Lim was much better in diagnosing and explaining, came across him during the evening period.

With only 2 staff at the registration, it is understandable that they have to multitask, i.e. dispensing medicines, registering patients, checking on bp, and taking the height and weight of the patients. It is commendable that they showed a lot of patience and professionalism and was also polite and apologetic, for I had to wait while she was checking on my claim and subsidy. In addition, they were meticulous in checking that the medicines were accurate before dispensing. Given the current pandemic situation, the medical and healthcare staff are so under-appreciated, and they still work tirelessly to serve the best as they could, sometimes even falling ill themselves as we have read so much in the media. My sincere thanks and gratitude to the staff of 1 Medical Teck Ghee.
C	Christine Ong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't give it 5 stars cos when I went to get my ART done on Sunday(10/4)at 2.30pm, it was closed. They didn't update their opening hours on their website. When I arrived at the clinic, a written notice was pasted on their entrance. I think businesses should learn to update their opening hours on their website. Other than that, it is a really good clinic which is open throughout the weekend. Not easy to find such clinics.
