Doctor was kind , detailed , friendly and most importantly , I felt better after eating his medicines .
A good place to visit if u are sick !

He even offer me MC more than I wanted, he will say one day is not enough for u to recover. So for those patient who is trying to keng MC he will not give u if ur condition is not that bad. Professional! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A dedicated, kind and empathetic medical team comprising of clinical staff and patient support - I am impressed by the great calm and patience of Dr Ki with his excellent clinical skills to swab for me today - It was a real humbling and comforting experience amid Covid 19 pandemic to work with first class and professional medical and clinical staff who treated everyone ( to me, the tone of communication mattered ) like a friend or family ! Keep it up - to Dr Ki and his medical team ! Thanks again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impatient,unsympathetic doctor. I went in for cold, cough. Insisted to give me 4 days mc although swap test was negative and I was not even running a fever. Totally unsympathetic in the way he carried out the swap test. Insisted on not waiting for me to feel better even when the test was painful. We pay such high prices for these private Doctors yet customer service is so poor. His medicines also don’t seem effective from the reviews I read about his clinic. Did not even give me cough syrup for my persistent cough. Will not recommend or go there again! Please beware of this jerk of a doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attended clinic for the first time. Very accommodating staff and they saw me even though they were closing. The receptionist/nurse was very polite and helpful. The Doctor was very thorough and explained everything in good detail. Very very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really detailed and patient doctor. Was introduced by another doctor and been coming here for my vertigo issues. I had a bill shock because I paid only $36 for consult, medication and jab. The same would have cost excess of $50 elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give zero if I could. If u got staff benefits registered and it is this clinic, don't bother going. Long waiting time, keep say cannot find the insurer etc. Go to teck ghee better, they are clearer about their systems and at least even if they are unsure, the staff there are kinder and will help to really check first. I got the benefit at teck ghee instead of here on the same day with the same illness.
