★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr yeong mun hoh didn't seems approachable. When as a lay person like me trying to understand more, his replies sound talking down to you and defensive and thus discourage you to probe further. Eventually, I still has to pay $30 for consultation despite a not too satisfactory one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Yeong Mun Hoh is very passionate about treating his patients. He has offered his time to service the public. Providing extended hours to the rise of covid patients. The nurse answered to phone call enquiry. And we were given medical attention, advice and medication. I am so thankful to God for this group of angels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad and unprofessional doctor. Went for covid swab test as i had covid from Health Risk Warning. Needed to ask for quarantine facility as my parents are essential worker, wouldn't want to spread to more people, plus i share room with my sister. Even if my sister moved to living room, whenever i visit the toliet i will have to pass by her. He didn't approve it said it wasnt needed as my family is vaccinated and not that old, now my sister has covid too. Very professional, was rude when i asked politely also, he was better last time. He knew my parents also, but he replies was "essential worker so what? I am an essential worker but my family does not have excess to quarantine too" what a lousy unprofessional comment from a doctor with many years of experience. He even say you think quarantine means hotel so you can enjoy? I replied any will do no need hotel just for the sake of my family, no response. Please don't patronise him waste of time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Leong is extremely friendly & professional. He doesn't talk down as some have alleged him to be. I think it takes 2 hands to clap. I waited for 1.5 hours despite appointment. I gave him feedback & he apologies profusely. Very humble & explain reasons being many patients need more time especially the elderly. I'll be better prepared next time.
