★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy food and all food are cold. Looks dirty as well as with great lousy and rude staff. Will never visit this place in my life again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Teochew porridge ever!
Fish cake was hard and tasted stale. Tau pok was just salty and nothing else. The only one that is not bad was the cabbage. And expensive too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No good. We had dinner on 2nd day of CNY. Food substandard n cooking below average. Provide overdue "Yue Piu" taste bitter. I will not patronise this restaurant anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My office is nearby and I normally go to a coffee shop 1 lorong over almost everyday.
There I pay $1.20 for Teh C Kosong. Coffee shop where I live $1.10, SingPost Mall Kopitiam I think was same. (Ok I sound like a Teh uncle...)
At this place it was $1.50!
Watery n lukewarm.
Dubious clientele who frequent the alley behind.
The point point may be good, I haven't tried.
Trying to decide if this was a special price n product for me as an Ang Moh. Must ask my office neighbour.
Yes I did drink it but it wasnt so special that it was worth $1:50...
All I know is I won't be back and hope that my usual reopens quick!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wide selection of teochew style cooking to go with porridge or rice. Quick and tasty food at reasonable pricing. Expect to spend about SGD15 for two, more if you go for fish. The salted mustard vegetable is very well done here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I popped in for lunch and was eager to try the Bak kuh teh as I had a craving for it. The soup was the slightly peppery kind and not the herbal type, which I usually like. The quality of the pork, was generous however and the rice was soft and fresh. All in it was not bad, but perhaps not quite enough to become a stand out favourite.
