★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1855 is a chain of fine bottle shops. This outlet is no exception. The selection of wines is not as extensive or as well-curated as Straits Wine down the way a little, but 1855 more than makes up for it with a good selection of whiskies, spirits and some craft beer as well. Since it expanded to occupy one entire side of the building with seating for in-house beverage consumption, the space has become really really nice and a wonderful watering hole. Good option if you're looking for a place to have a drink that's a little more smart casual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop has varieties of liquor. Especially whiskey. I loved the sales persons as she gave plenty of recommendations for me. She is a subject matter expert when in comes for liquor. Liquor selves are also well organised and it’s pleasant to have a look.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really love the service and the bottles they carry here. Although it's a tad bit smaller than Straits Wine across the road, they're still a very good wine shop near to 6th avenue area. They only have 2 small sit down tables inside, so I'd personally call to reserve a table.
Great wine shop to do last minute shopping if you're visiting anyone around the area, and the best part is how they're not one bit pushy and they do pretty good recommendations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A conveniently located wine shop at Sixth Avenue. The shop carries a wide selection of both new and old world wines with a very wide price range to suit all drinkers. Zarchi, the sales lady, was very helpful to a beer drinker like me in selecting the wines.
