★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not engage! Rip Off! Charged me $80 to come down and take pictures of my switches and promised to come by the next day. Didn't come by as he claimed he couldn't find any replacements. Day after found replacements and wanted to charge me $90- $140 per switch as he claimed it's a special switch (which is definitely not so). Found another electrician who could replace at $30 with installation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost got ripped off $480 for a small issue. Was told to change the SWITCHES on the circuit breaker because they can just “spoil” randomly and that’s why there’s “warranty”.
At first, He told us that the switches need to be changed in order for the electricity to connect back. But we refused then he told us that he could do it for $70 cause he suddenly realised it was loose wiring ??? thanks for coming down to tighten the wire. Would have tipped if he wasn’t so dishonest about it.

We are not sure of the cost for the Change of Circuit Breaker.
Our switches trip and turns out there a need to change the Circuit Breaker at the DB panel.
They charged us a wooping $480 for it! We had no choice but to pay.
This is not the right way to go around doing such stuff!
What was advertise didn't applied either.
In their Website they state they will come down within 20mins.
In actual fact they took almost 50mins to reach.

Boss Mr Wong refused refund and challenged me to sue him for overcharging.
They are like wolves that will eat you for lunch :(

The customer service was very efficient and very experienced, the price the quoted is very reasonable. After everything is done, the final amount is close to quoted amount, no bill shock.
Hard to find honest business like them nowadays, usually the electrical service provider will charge extra this and that.
We highly recommend this company. Definitely choosing them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before calling them i checked google review. All were not so good but it was Saturday evening and power supply went off so i had to arrange someone. Tried calling 2-3 others vendors but no1 responded.
Visit charges $50 and without checking he said CB need to change. Old CB was of 40A and changed to new 63A costing $230 additional and finally gave me discount of $30. Totally spent $250. Recommend to try other service provider in SG. If you are planning to engage them be ready to spend at least $200+.
2 stars for quick response to call and arranging electrician on Saturday evening.
