★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The condominium is located in a good place with convenience of closure to boonlay and lakeside mrt as well but connectivity to many other places. The pool is well maintained and there are good facilities for residents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location for people who wants to build a family of their own. It's close to Lakeside MRT and a few mins walk to the Chinese garden. Lots of good local hawkers to try out. The facility is simple but done well, an adult and kiddie pool, small playground, gym and 2 tennis courts to use. Not bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just for curiosity sake....security wasn't as tight. HOW come I could sneak inside and out and suddenly befriended an Indian who lived inside this condominium. He personally told me exactly the same scenerio whilst vacationing with his daughter.
