★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Among all the sambal stingrays I tried, this is really one of the best in Singapore. The meat is fresh, juicy and tender and the sambal is very fragrant. Hard to find this kind of standard nowadays.
The Bai Du (Rabbit) fish is also very juicy and tender. It is shiok when add more lime to the sambal chili.
A must try if you are around the area.
