★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not a fan of bitter guard but I know the health benefits of it. This is the only restaraunt I know that serves the best salted egg bitter gourd. Oh its the perfect pairing for G&T

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for simple comfort zichar food in the neighbourhood. They have really good curry - loads of curry leaves to make it so fragrant and tender chicken pieces. Curry fish head: smooth, chunky meat and generous portion. Dry beef horfun - full of wokhei. My other favourites include their prawn rolls and salted egg chicken. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love it, best zi char ever. The wok hey is on point. Only gripe is that if you takeaway it takes quite a while, but you can call in advance.
Favourite dishes: yangzhou fried rice, hor fun, har cheong gai, seaweed soup.
So far haven't ordered something I didn't like yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great curry fish head, salted egg crayfish and mushroom tofu I had at Wee's Family Coffee Shop recently. Almost all the dishes served at this restaurant is fantastic. Fish is always fresh and the dishes are always flavourful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasty and value for money. Must eats include the salted egg squid and Guinness pork ribs. Will be back with a bigger dinner party to try the curry fish head which looks pretty yummy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Famous for their Guinness Pork ribs..very fragrant and tender…plus the awesome gravy! Another famous dish is the salted egg yolk prawn..fried to perfection with curry leaves and some red chili. Sambal Kang Kong was on point as well and the mee goreng was superb too! Prices are reasonable…must try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a gem along Bedok Reservoir Road. This little coffee shop has a laid back vibe that is now a rarity in Singapore. I had a good experience with the both aunty and uncle who was running the place, they were attentive and polite. Food was amazing, we were in love with the fish head curry, good amount of oomph and thickness. Will return in a heartbeat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I guess this is one of those hidden gems that people who stay around frequent. I usually get takeaway and my favourite is their crispy noodle. It is full of ingredients - thick fish slices, pork, prawn, lots of vegetable in a savoury thick sauce, and of course the big portion of crispy noodle that they pack separately for takeaway. For $5 it is the most value for money crispy noodle in my view. And they don’t charge for the container for takeaway which is very rare.
