One of my favorite bread in SG. Especially their peanut butter. I have yet to find a similar nice taste elsewhere.

My family are 50yrs taste of tradition bread fan. we used to travel all the way to TPY just to buy 2 loaf of Butter/Kaya spread Bread. We only came to know about Clementi Branch at Bus Terminal this year. From then my children will always buy from there but each time she will bring home whole loaf without cutting into halve. She always tell me she forgot to requestl the person to cut. This morning around 8.30am I went to clementi bus terminal shop (no queue). I ordered 2 loaf of white bread with spread. I requested to cut into halve after the spread. The china speaking staff told me the bread cannot be cut because is too soft. Huh? I told her i don't have any issue in other branches. This is the 1st time I encounter "bread too soft" cannot be cut? Who would want to buy harden bread? I told her never mind and walk off without buying.
